Thomas P. Foley

Thomas P. Foley, age 66 of Baraboo, passed away on Sept. 4, 2018 after a long, courageous battle with COPD. He was born Sept. 5, 1951 to Walter and Helen (Fredrick) Foley.Tom worked construction for many years. He enjoyed fishing, painting, reading, watching westerns, and spending time with friends and family.He is survived by his daughter, Shannon Johnson; grandchildren, Krista (Tony) Crawley and Alex, Emma, Merek and Samantha Johnson; great-grandchildren, Elijah and Silas Crawley. He is further survived by sister, Dottie (Pete) Kellerman and Patricia (Gary) Conard and special friend, Patsy Rhinehart.He was preceded in death by his son, David Foley; wife, Jiri Lamb Foley; special friend, Jo Jensen; father, Walter Foley and his mother, Helen Pryzybylski.Private family services will be held. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Deering and the staff at St. Clare Meadows for the care shown to Tom.
