Carol Ann (Weck) Heesen

Carol Ann (Weck) Heesen passed away early morning July 27th 2018 in her home in Baraboo, Wisconsin.Carol was born in Crawford County north of Oblong at the Weck homestead April 28, 1952. She is the daughter ofWilliam Henry Weck and Edith Susan (Mann) Weck. Carol married the love of her life, John Heesen, on September 4, 1999.Survivors include Carol's four daughters and son's in law: Melissa Weaver DeSpain (Randy) of Ankeny Iowa, Mindy Weaver Janicke (Jeffery) of Freeport Illinois, Kristi Donaldson Skelley (Tim) of Shelbyville Illinois, and Ashley Donaldson Cravens (Daniel) of Effingham Illinois. Sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Bob Diekmann of Rapid City, SD. Brothers, Roy (Joe) Weck of Robinson, Illinois and Robert Weck (Late wife Donna) Weck of Robinson, Illinois. Several nieces and nephews are also survived by Carol. Carol is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and three-great grandchildren, and two on the way.Preceding Carol in death are her parents; two brothers, Donald Weck and Bill Weck and six sisters, Maxine, Marjorie, Ethel, Pauline, Betty, and an infant sister. As well as her mother-in-law, Doris Heesen of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.Carols' family has asked that you spend time with your children, make blue noodles with your grandchildren, dance around the house and the yard with your feather boa, and always tell those close to you that you love them every day. These are the things that Carol would wish for you.Family services will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 at Redlin Funeral Home, 401 Madison Ave. in Baraboo, WI 53913. Burial will be held at St. Bartholomew Cemetery in Dodge County, WI. The family requests on behalf of Carol's wishes that in lieu of flowers an expression of love and support be made to the family to be used at St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in her name.
