George "Josh" H. Ladron

George "Josh" H. Ladron, age 67 of Merrimac passed away peacefully Thursday, July 26, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. George, son of George A. and Virginia M. (Gilmore) Ladron was born Jan. 16, 1951 in Beaver Dam. On Jan. 24, 2018 he was united in marriage to the love of his life LaDonna Pfaff. Josh was employed by RR Donnelley in Baraboo as an Ink Setter until his recent retirement in 2016. In his free time Josh loved to fish and golf.Survivors include his wife, LaDonna Ladron; sons, Joshua J. Ladron and Andrew C. Ladron; step-children, Amber Corning, Lawrence Pfaff and Rashell Pfaff; many grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is further survived by his siblings, James (Mary Jane) of Hot Springs Village, Arizona, Sandra "Sandi" Trosper of Sun Prairie, Mary (Hal) Johnson of Madison, Tom "TJ" (Joyce) of Reedsburg and Chris (Jim) Loy of Reedsburg.He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sisters, Teresa K. Ladron and Barbara L. Ransom.Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2018 at 12, noon at Redlin Funeral Home with Pastor Jonathan Tipton officiating. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. Military rites will be conducted at the funeral home following the service.
