Russell Alan Nuetzel

Russell Alan Nuetzel, of Baraboo was born October 12, 1945 and went to meet Jesus on March 13, 2018 at the age of 72.Beloved husband and stepfather, he was preceded in death by parents, Roland and Alice Nuetzel; stepdaughter, Serena Espinoza, and father-in-law, Edward F. Johnson, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Jude Johnson; stepsons, Caleb Espinoza and Nathen Espinoza and close friends Darrell and Mike Weiland.Russ was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the Army as a medic. He also served as a youth counselor for alcohol and drug addicted youth in Milwaukee. He was a successful member of AA for 48 years.A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 1 p.m. at North Freedom Baptist Church with Pastor Andrew Dear officiating.Until we meet again, we love you and miss you.
