Theodore "Ted" E. Young of Baraboo

Theodore "Ted" E. Young, age 66 of Baraboo passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018 at Agrace Hospice Care in Fitchburg.Ted was born on Wednesday, March 12,1952 in Richland Center to Gerald and Lorena (Jackson) Young. He graduated from River Valley High School in 1970. In his career he worked for Concrete Forms in Lone Rock before moving to Baraboo where he was employed at Flambeau Plastics and Durabuilt Company.He enjoyed deer hunting on the family farm near Lone Rock and fishing when he had the chance. He always enjoyed going to the local Pub and watching the Packers.He is survived by his sister, Mary (Frank) Buelow and her children, Brienne (Robert) Griffin, Bethany (Matthew) Miller, Brady (Shannon) Neuman, Becky Sue (Cole) Young; nephew, Darren Young; nieces, Renee Mead, Dawn Young, Jennifer (Dan) Kiel; 12 great-nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, Delbert Kolman; special friends, Leah Kaczmark, Ken Schuette, Dan Faber, and Tracy Yager.He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Richard, Edward and Donald; 3 sisters, Patricia Kolman and her son Bradley, Eloise (Joe) Shukala, Nancy (Roger) Ystad and brother-in-law James Neuman.In keeping with Ted's wishes there will be a gathering of family and friends at Gem City in Baraboo on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.The Redlin Funeral Home is assisting the family.
