Brenda Joyce Sobojinski, of Baraboo, passed away peacefully at her home with her loving family by her side on Thursday, June 15, 2017.She was born on December 9, 1951 in Madison, WI. She worked for Hapco Elmar Inc. for almost 30 years as a Hot Stamping supervisor. Brenda was a very hard worker, loved her work family and was dedicated to her job. Brenda loved crocheting blankets for her family, had a passion for getting lost in a good book for hours and playing an endless list of games on her tablet. Her love for her family was undeniable. Her feisty personality, wealth of selflessness and friendly smile will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Minnie Nyberg and Obrey Carter and companion, Marvin "Yah Yah" Leonard.Brenda is survived by her children, David & Michelle Sobojinski of Stoughton, Stephen & Kimberly Sobojinski of Loganville, Tammy & Jesse Beaver of Baraboo and her sisters, Andrea (Edward) Koval of Sun Prairie, Janice Sue (Gregory) Murray of Baraboo as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.A celebration of life will be held on July 8, 2017 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at Langer Park Baraboo. Come and enjoy some of Brenda's favorite things at the park: joy, fun and laughter. A special thank you to Agrace Hospice Care. Without their support mom could not have made her journey so peacefully. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Agrace Hospice in Baraboo in memory of Brenda would be appreciated.
