Francis (Frank) Bernard Sterkowitz, age 76, of Baraboo, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017 at St Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI. Frank, son of John and Stephanie (Opyt) Sterkowitz was born May 21, 1940 in Blue Island IL. He married Sharon Martin in Illinois on January 6, 1962. He was a devoted husband and father who took pride in his children and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Frank was a jokester who loved to tell stories.Survivors include his loving wife, Sharon; children, Sons; Andrew (Kristine) Sterkowitz, Richard (Lori) Sterkowitz, Brian (Robin) Sterkowitz and sister; Carol Davis, grandchildren; Payton, Brady, Joel, Hannah and Abbey Sterkowitz. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers Robert Sterkowitz and Michael Sterkowitz.The family would to thank the staff at St. Mary's Hospital and Home Health United for their wonderful care of Frank.
