Mark J.Herritz, a long time resident of Baraboo, passed away on September 14, 2016 after a long illness. Mark was born in Baraboo on August 14, 1935. Mark is survived by his brother Gene Herritz and his wife of Spokane, Washington and 4 nieces and nephews.Mark provided lawn care and snow removal services to a number of residents of Baraboo for many years. He also loved classical music and played the piano. He was an avid reader and loved American history and biographies. Mark enjoyed walking along the Baraboo river, the Baraboo bluffs and enjoyed nature.He requested no public funeral service or flowers. The Redlin Funeral Home is assisting the family.
