Norman Gaffney passed away September 1, 2016. Survived by a sister Shirley and brother William (Molly), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Norman was born October 1, 1928 in Milwaukee. Son of Vernon and Marion. Attended grammar school in Milwaukee, high school in Belleville, and received a Bachelor of Business Administration from UW in 1950. Work history comprised of financial positions in Midwestern and Eastern locations including Harley-Davidson and A.O. Smith Corporation. Norman also served as the Financial Director of Divine Savior Hospital in Portage.In an interim period served as a Peace Corps Volunteer to begin a Savings and Loan in Cuzco, Peru. Also became Regional Director of Peace Corps in Central Luzon, Philippines.Norman had a new home constructed in Chester County Pennsylvania that won a national award from the American Institute of Architects and was listed in the special edition of the American Institute of Architects magazine. Norman was listed in Marquis 1981-82 edition of Who's Who in Finance and Industry and also in Marquis Who's Who in the World in 1981-82.He will be remembered by his family and friends as a man quick to laugh with an infectious smile and a great love of life. He will be missed.Funeral Services handled by the Redlin Funeral Home. Memorial services pending. Burial will be at St. Williams Cemetery in Paoli, Wisconsin.
