Dorothy B. Ramsey, age 96 of Fairfield passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at St. Clare Meadows Care Center. She is survived by daughter, Judy Hickernell; son, Robert Fay; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and her brother, Eugene Adams. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, LeRoy Fay; second husband, Glen Ramsey and her brother, Charles Adams. A private family burial will be held at Walnut Hill Cemetery at a later date.
