Judy Bennin, age 74 of West Baraboo, passed away on February 12, 2016 at St. Clare Meadows. She was born on April 3, 1941 to Milton and Elsie Verhulst in Sheboygan, WI. She was united in marriage to John Bennin on November 23, 1963 at Fountain Park Church in Sheboygan. Judy is survived by her husband John; children, Michael Bennin of Baraboo and Ruthann (Steve) Scharf of Kaukauna, WI; grandchildren, Justin Bennin of Baraboo, Zack Scharf of Minneapolis, MN, Zoe Scharf of Crystal Lake, IL; Sister, Jeanne Schneikert of St. Petersburg, FL. She is further survived by many other friends and family. Judy is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Paul Verhulst.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday February 17, 2016 at Emmanuel United Methodist Church at 11 A.M. with Rev. Tom White officiating. Visitation will take place from 9:30 A.M. until the time of service. A private family burial will take place at Walnut Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Emmanuel United Methodist Church or The Salvation Army.
