Dianne M. Kehoe


 Dianne Marie (Budig) Kehoe, age 68, passed away on Thursday, December 31st, 2015, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on January 28, 1947 in Milwaukee, the first child of Sylvester and Jeannette Budig. She grew up in Madison, Portage and Baraboo and was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Dianne married David Kehoe on August 24, 1968. They moved to St. Charles, MO in 1970, where they raised their family of 4 daughters. In 1994 the family returned to Baraboo. Dianne was a teacher at heart. Whether she was teaching home economics to high school students, leading a Girl Scout troop, or inspiring preschoolers with her creativity, she touched countless lives through her interactions. For 17 years, she provided genuine service with a smile' in the pharmacy department at the local superstore. When not working, Dianne could usually be found in her garden surrounded by flowers and her loyal dog. She loved textiles and was an accomplished seamstress. Dianne enjoyed going for walks, playing with her grandchildren, and discovering treasures for her vintage collections. She was very involved with the St. Joseph Church faith community. Dianne was a gracious hostess; friends and family knew that her door was always open. Some people in life need support, others offer it. Dianne was the latter. She gave of herself unconditionally and made everyone around her feel special. Her smile will never be forgotten. She lives on in the hearts of all those who love her. She is survived by her husband, David Kehoe; mother, Jeannette Budig; daughters, Elizabeth (Brian) Kehoe-Huck of Allentown, PA, Michelle (Nick) Morehouse of Baraboo, Kristen (Mike) Burton of Fitchburg, and Kimberly (Ryan) Boardman of Baraboo; grandchildren, Isabel, Carter, Silas, Adelaide, and Chloe; siblings, Eileen (Guy) Somers of Madison, Patricia (Ed) Taylor of Baraboo, Mary (Bob) Trost of Vancouver, WA, Timothy Budig of Minneapolis, MN, Annette (Dan) Halbach of Baraboo, Stephen (Tricia) Budig of Sun Prairie, brother-in-law, Charlie Sanders of Madison, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Sylvester Budig and sister, Barbara Budig. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Vincent De Paul Society of Baraboo or the St. Joseph School Endowment Fund. A Mass of Christian Burial for Dianne will take place at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Jay Poster officiating. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Redlin Funeral Home as well as on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of mass at the church. The Knights of Columbus will pray the Rosary at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016 at the funeral home. A private family inurnment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
