Earl McKittrick


Earl Lee McKittrick, 67, of Adams passed away on November 12, 2015. Earl was born the son of Bernard and Bertha (Witham) McKittrick on April 20, 1948 in Madison.Earl proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, having served during the Vietnam War. He was an avid fisherman, and loved to visit his favorite spot at the "Quarry Pond" in La Rue. Earl loved the outdoors, including sitting in the front yard to watch the deer pass by. He spent countless hours tinkering in his garage on old tractors; he always seemed to have a new project. Earl will be remembered for his great sense of humor. He never met a stranger that he didn't like.Earl is survived by his children, Tina (Ed) DeWitt, Mike (Jeri) McKittrick, Brad (fiance Dusti Perkins), and Marcus McKittrick; grandchildren, Jeremy Allen and Kaden McKittrick; siblings, Ivan (Jeannette) McKittrick, James McKittrick, Barbara (Richard) Harmon, Carol Decker, Richard McKittrick, Kathy (Harley) Weiss, Bill McKittrick. He is further survived by his special friend of 6 years Bonnie Bowser; he will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Jennifer McKittrick; and sister, Joan Nicoly.A Memorial Gathering will take place on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 11am- 1pm at the Redlin Funeral Home, 401 Madison Ave, Baraboo. No formal service will be held; Military Rites will be conducted by the Baraboo Veteran's Honor Guard at 1pm at the Funeral Home.
