Thomas Martin Mueller


Thomas "Tom" Mueller, age 62 of Baraboo passed away peacefully with family by his side on Monday, July 27, 2015 at St. Clare Hospice House. Tom, son of Donald and Patricia (Shields) Mueller was born April 7, 1953. He attended and graduated from Reedsburg High School with the Class of 1971. On April 4, 1987 he was united in marriage to Jenny Naquin at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Throughout his childhood he enjoyed making cheese with his family at their cheese factory, Carr Valley Cheese, in LaValle. In his free time he enjoyed bowling and playing on multiple softball teams. He was employed by Sysco Foods as a truck driver for over 25 years. His family fondly remembers him for being a simple, hardworking man. One of his greatest joys was being a grandfather.Survivors include, his wife, Jenny; daughters, Ashley (Jacob Johnson) Mueller, Katie Mueller, and Andrea (Jedediah) Braun; grandsons, Elijah and Abel Braun; mother, Patricia Mueller; siblings, Kenneth Mueller, Sharon Mueller, Christine (Wayne) MacArdy, Laurie (Tim) Klemm, Teresa (special friend, Tom Sawyer) Rooney; in-laws, Joseph (Patricia) Naquin; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Joseph (Sandy) Naquin, Jamie (Bonnie) Naquin, Julie (Andy) Mitchell, Jeaunne (Ken) Sorensen, Jill Quinn as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Mueller; and granddaughter, Kennedey Mueller.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Jay Poster officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2015 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Redlin Funeral Home and on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of mass at the church. Burial will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to be used at a later date.The family wishes to extend a special thank you to St. Clare Hospital and Hospice House and St. Mary's Hospital.
