Gary "Butch" Klingenmeyer, age 69, died Sunday, May 31, 2015 at his home. Butch was born Jan. 5, 1946 to Lawrence and Wanda (Meske) Klingenmeyer, the sixth of six sons. During his lifetime, he worked for many years as a bricklayer/mason. Butch finished his working career as a supervisor at Badger Army Ammunition, until he was disabled in 2007. Butch loved to travel and especially enjoyed cruises. He was also an avid fisherman and hunter. Butch was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Duane (Mary), Darrell (Mary) and Larry (Andrea). He is survived by his wife, Kay; daughter, Karmen (Jay); son, Scott (Harmony); brothers, Dale (Verla), Dennis (Geraldine) and granddaughters, Colette, Chloe and Cayden. He also had many nieces, nephews and friends.A Celebration of life gathering will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 2:30 p.m. until 4 p.m. with a prayer service at 4 p.m. at Redlin Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the North Freedom Fire Dept.
