Nina J. (Schroeder) LaPorte, age 78, was called to her eternal rest on Monday, April 6th in Edinburg, Texas.Nina is survived by her second husband, Elmer James LaPorte, of Edinburg, Texas; one sister, Marvel Tomczak of Jefferson, Wisconsin; four children, Robin Bialke of Lake Delton, Wisconsin, Rocky Schroeder of Burlington, Wisconsin, Larry (Cheryl) Schroeder of Antioch, Illinois and Denni (David) Sellnow of Hubertus, Wisconsin; along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild and many nieces, nephews and friends.Nina was preceded in death by her first husband, Lawrence W. Schroeder and brothers, Lyle and Edward Ottney; and one sister, Donna Ottney.Funeral Services for Nina will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 2 p.m. with visitation starting at 1 p.m. all to take place at Redlin Funeral Home, Baraboo. Burial will be held immediately following at Oak Hill Cemetery in North Freedom, Wisconsin.
