Priscilla “Perk” Robinson


Priscilla "Perk" Robinson, age 85 of Baraboo, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2015 at Meadow Ridge Assisted Living with her family by her side. Perk was born on June 20, 1929 in Holcombe to Raymond and Florence (Loiselle) Clark.Perk was married to Bernard "Robbie" Robinson on January 15, 1949 in Mauston. This romance began after following Perk around on prom night 1946 in which Perk was the prom Queen.Perk was employed with Badger Ordnance off and on for over 30 years. Perk enjoyed many activities during her lifetime including fishing, bowling, playing cards, camping with her friends, socializing and taking small trips.Perk is survived by her children, Bernard (Debby) Robinson, Cheryl (Bill) Hendrickson, Kathleen Kent, Thomas (Sue) Robinson; grandkids, Scott (Adrianne) Robinson, Sandi (Mark) Haynes, Brian (Shelly) Robinson, Jason Kent, Michael (Jennifer) Hendrickson, Jon Kent, Todd (Kelli) Robinson, Kyle Robinson, Lissa (AJ) Raebel, Tate (Courtney) Robinson and 17 great-grandchildren with the 18th due in April and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by her special longtime companion, William Cummings.Perk was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard on May 12, 1988; her parents, Raymond and Florence Clark; her father and mother-in-law, Lloyd and Mary Robinson; brothers, Raymond, Keith, Richard, Ronald, Walter and her sister, Ivadell.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of mass at the church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. The Daughters of Isabella will pray the Rosary on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 4 p.m. at the church. The Redlin Funeral Home is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Vincent De Paul Society in Baraboo.We would like to thank the wonderful caring staff at Meadow Ridge Assisted Living for above and beyond care making Perks stay enjoyable as well as Dr. Trotter for his special care.
