Wade David "Newbs" Newby, of Baraboo, born Sept. 22, 1968, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the age of 45.He was a proud member of Local 139 where he worked as a main line Back Hoe Operator. He was currently employed with Parisi Construction. During the fall and winter months he was an instructor at the Wisconsin Engineers Training Center in Coloma. He was very instrumental in molding the next generation of operating engineers. He was hard working and the Circle N Ranch was his pride and joy. He enjoyed raising beef naturally, chickens, and messing with his cat. His favorite past times were being with friends and spending time with Marsha. He looked forward to the turkey and deer hunting seasons and fishing trips to Canada. He had many great memories of his many hunting adventures with his Iowa group. This made him a Hawkeyes fan. He lived by the saying, 'A Day is never wasted if a Memory is made'.He was a good man with a big heart. He would give his shirt off his back and would help anyone who needed it. His quick wit and joking ability is a quality that will be greatly missed by all that knew and met him. You were a better person by knowing him. He taught us to turn a negative thing into a positive, to be tough and never weaken. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lorraine Ziegler, who held a special place in his heart for all she did for him.He left behind many loved family members, friends, co-workers and special nephew, Tylor Newby.A Memorial Celebration of his life will be held at a later date on the Circle N Ranch.
