Jade Marie Myrick

Jade Marie Myrick, age 19, passed away on Saturday, Nov 9, 2013 as a result of an auto accident. She was born on April 25, 1994 at St. Clare Hospital, the daughter of Annette Falk and Levi Myrick. She graduated from Baraboo High School in 2012.She is survived by her father Levi Myrick, mother Annette Falk, and step-father Brady Moore; siblings, Tryston, Sierra, Tyler Moore and Ryan Myrick; grandmothers Kathryn Falk and Cindy Tracy; step-grandparents Steve and Barbie Moore; step-great-grandmother, Sylvia Lynch; fiance, Austin Smothers and many more close friends and family.She was preceded in death by her grandfather James Falk and other close relatives.May you continue to shine over us and guide us through our daily journeys. You will be missed by all of us. Love you Jade.Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, Nov 14, 2013 at 7pm at Redlin Funeral Home, 401 Madison Ave, Baraboo, with Pastor Blake Overlien officiating the service. Visitation will take place from 5pm until the time of service, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
