James H. McWilliams of Waunakee, formerly of Baraboo, passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2012, at the VA hospital in Madison WI at the age of 70. James was born on July 16, 1942 to Harold and Velma (Buss) McWilliams of Baraboo.James was an electrician for 45 years until retiring from the union. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Playing the accordion, oil painting, NASCAR Racing as well as gardening and fishing were among his passions.James is survived by his three children, Mark (Cheryl) McWilliams of Waunakee, Kim (Brian) Sefkar and Jay (Kerry) McWilliams of Baraboo; nine grandchildren and two step grandchildren. He is further survived by a sister Dorothy Hamer of Baraboo and other relatives and friends.Preceding James in death are his parents Harold and Velma and a Brother-in-Law Harv Hamer.Services will be held at Redlin Funeral Home on Friday November 30, 2012 at noon, Pastor Jonathan Tipton officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 until the time of the service with burial to follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery in La Valle. Military Rites will be held at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
