Katrina Rae “Kadi” Centanni, née Bristol, of Baraboo, WI, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 25, 2026.
Kadi was born on May 25, 1982, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Tamara (Vold) Bristol and Ronald Villwock. She was lovingly raised by her mother and adopted father, Bud Bristol.
Kadi graduated from Baraboo High School with the Class of 2000. After graduation, she became a mother to her beloved son, Bailey Vold. Being Bailey’s mother was one of the greatest joys of her life, and she loved him deeply.
Kadi spent her career working in restaurant management. She met the love of her life, Josh Centanni, and the two were married on August 23, 2019, in Baraboo, Wisconsin. They began a life together in Key West, Florida, before moving to Pooler, Georgia.
Kadi had a creative and gentle spirit. Reading was one of her greatest passions, and she also found joy in drawing, crocheting, painting, gardening, and writing. She was an animal lover who found joy in their company and loved spending time surrounded by nature. She appreciated the simple things in life and believed in treating others with warmth and understanding, choosing kindness over negativity.
In 2024, Kadi was diagnosed with cancer and began a long battle. She fought incredibly hard, facing each new challenge with determination and a desire for more time with the people she loved. Even when the fight became overwhelming, she continued to try. Those closest to her witnessed how much she endured and how deeply she cared about the people who gave her reasons to keep going.
Kadi will be remembered for the love she gave to her family and friends, the compassion she showed to others, and the joy she found in the people and things she cared about. Her kindness, creativity, and appreciation for the simple moments in life will remain part of the memories shared by those who knew and loved her.
Kadi is survived by her husband, Josh Centanni; her son, Bailey Vold; her mother, Tamara Bristol; her father, Ronald Villwock; her brother, Russell Bristol; her half-siblings, William (Jamie) Robert, Rachel, and Michael Villwock; as well as many aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends who will miss her dearly.
