Cassandra Ann Ramsey

Cassandra Ann Ramsey, age 75, of Baraboo, died peacefully at home on Friday, August 21, 2026.  

Cassandra, daughter of George and Elvira (Herritz) Cook was born on July 27, 1951.

Cassandra was united in marriage to Theodore Ramsey on December 5, 1970, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, IA. Together they had 7 children.  

Throughout the years, Cassandra enjoyed her flower gardens, bird watching, and loved to take family trips and car rides.

She is survived by her children, Sara Ramsey, Theodore “T.Ja” (Melissa) Ramsey, Jennifer Ramsey, Angel Ramsey, Jesse Ramsey, and Marianne (Steve) Breunig; 7 grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 53 years, Theodore; son, Wade Ramsey; and chosen sister, Sheila Cook.

Family Burial will be held at Rock Hill Cemetery in Baraboo.

In lieu of flowers, cards and donations can be sent to the family home.
