Angeline “Angie” Haller, 89, of Baraboo, passed away on May 8, 2026, at St. Clare Hospital. She was born on September 12, 1936, in Roxbury, WI, to Norbert and Sarah (Nolden) Rueter. She married the love of her life, Mike Haller, on July 23, 1955 in Roxbury.
Angie dedicated her life to her late husband Mike, her children and grandchildren. She was a multi-talented gardener, seamstress and designer. She transformed the family home into a beautiful space inside and out and gave her family a home base full of love.
In addition to devoting her life to her family, she also worked as the Cash Manager at Circus World Museum for many years. She volunteered for years at the Baraboo Food Pantry and made many friends along the way.
She is survived by her sisters: Lois Reuter and Betty Deischer; children: Kathleen (Ralph) Tuttle, Kenneth (Jan) Haller, Lisa (David) Getschman, Lori Larson, and Mark Haller; her grandchildren: Sarah (Ben), Joe (Lindsey), Brittany, Anna (Jeff), Nathanial, Forrest (Charity), Daria, August, Olivia, and Silas; great-grandchild, Francis, the extended Getschman family: Skyler, Rachel (Steve), and Oliver, and many nieces and nephews.
Angie was preceded in death by her parents, loving husband, Mike, brother-in-law, Jerry Deischer and her granddaughter, Rachel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 11:30 a.m., with visitation from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
The family expresses their gratitude to Dr. Krszjzaniek, the staff at St. Clare, and the SSM Health Hospice staff for their compassionate care.
