I met Sue a handful of times when visiting the Baraboo store. Her smile, her warmth and caring attitude is what stood out to me the most. She was not one to complain but often she'd have suggestions how we could make Blain's a better shopping experience for her customers or a better place to work for the other 5500 associates. She proved herself to be invaluable. One year ago, I was in the store celebrating the stores milestone anniversary. Sue had 37 years of work history with Blain's and we wanted to recognize her for her loyalty and commitment. We presented her with an embroidered red fleece jacket, and we took a photo to commemorate the moment. She was a wonderful employee and she will be missed. My deepest condolences to the family.
