My heart goes out to Roger's family. I havent seen Roger for many years but my memory of him was that he was such a nice man. Kind, sweet, patient husband and father. He had a strong work ethic and was respected by all of his coworkers. He leaves behind a wonderful daughter and loving grandchildren. He will be missed.
