My sympathy to the Gaffney family. Arden was the epitome of goodness. I have so many fond memories of him while I was growing up. Every time I saw him, he always had a smile and a hug for me. My parents, Edith and Charles, the Agemas, the Martins, and the Williams’’ will meet him in Heaven. A wonderful man who brightened the lives of everyone he met. All my love. - Jill

Some of my fondest memories are from time spent a week each summer in the 1960's and weekend trips with Mom and Dad visiting with Uncle Arden and Aunt Bev. He was always willing to give us kids a ride on the tractor, in the wagon behind it or if we were really lucky on the tractor while he was using the manure spreader. Oh boy! I remember the one snowy winter he made a great toboggan / sled run that went on for what seemed like a couple hundred yards for Judy and Tim, we enjoyed that all afternoon. Arden was a wonderful man and I am grateful to have known him. Aunt Bev, Judy, Tim so sorry for your loss

Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heart weighed down in mourning, yet so grateful for the gift of my Uncle Arden. Thank You for blessing our family with his life, his laughter, and his radiant joy that touched us all so deeply. Lord of all Comfort, it is hard to say goodbye to someone who brought such light to our lives. I think of his devoted wife Bev, who stood with him for 74 years, and their beloved children Judy and Tim, and their families. I ask You now to surround them with Your tender consolation. Amen

So lucky to have had Arden as an Uncle. He was always willing to let me get up on a horse with Judy when I was a little girl, or to show me how the "making milk" process worked on the farm. Aunt Bev, Judy and Tim, we are so sorry for the loss of such a great man.
