Cynthia “Cyndi” Marie Anliker (nee Page), age 43, of Baraboo, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, August 9, 2024, after a 4.5-year battle with leiomyosarcoma.
She was born on January 20, 1981 in Oak Park, IL to Joan (Pritzl) & Gerald Page. Cyndi attended St. Anthony Catholic School in Park Falls, from kindergarten through 8th grade and graduated in 1999 from Park Falls High School. She graduated from UW-La Crosse in 2004 with a bachelor of science degree in Nuclear Medicine. During her internship year, she met the love of her life, Mark Anliker, which lead to her taking a mobile PET/CT technologist position with Shared Medical Services. Cyndi worked for SMS for almost 16 years until her diagnosis. In 2021, she opened a small business, From Party to Memory, creating party decorations which she kept open until December 2023.
Cyndi & Mark were married on October 24, 2009 at St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Plain, and a year later they moved into their “forever” home in the Baraboo Bluffs. As almost everyone knows, Cyndi never liked to sit still and filled her spare time with many hobbies. They included crafting, quilting, scrapbooking, creating party decorations, gardening, reading, cooking & baking, deer & turkey hunting with Mark, taking road trips, driving one of her many Jeeps, cheering on the Packers & Badgers and spending time outside in nature. Her absolute favorite thing to do was to capture memories with her camera. She rarely went anywhere without it. Not everyone enjoyed her photography obsession at family gatherings, but they learned to deal with it without too many complaints. Hopefully everyone will cherish the memories she captured for us.
She is survived by her husband, Mark, & fur-baby, Aspen; parents, Joan Page & Gerald (Kathleen) Page; brother, Andrew (Shiak Ming Wong) Page; step-brother, Justin Taylor; step-sister, Sarah (Wesley Phillips) Taylor; step-grandmother, Delia Pritzl; parents-in-law, Keith & Renee Anliker; brothers-in-law, Michael (Heather) Zavagnin and David (Kelly) Anliker; sister-in-law, Laura (Brian) Peterson; nieces & nephews, Evan & Daniel Wong-Page, Elijah & Kyra Delvecchio-Taylor, Aubrey & Grant Anliker and Mckayla & Matthew Peterson; along with many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Edwin & Edith Page and Harold & Carol Pritzl; uncles, Thomas Page, LeRoy Earl & David Lewandowski and fur-babies, Belle & Mya.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Baraboo, with Father John Blewett presiding. Visitation will be held at Redlin-Ertz Funeral Home on Friday, August 16, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Burial will follow the Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to St. Joseph Catholic Church or Jane’s Journey Home for Dogs, a sanctuary offering retirement & hospice to aging shelter dogs to live out their lives with dignity, located at E12367 County Road W, Baraboo, WI, 53913.
The family would like to thank Agrace Hospice for their skilled care & compassion.

Mark and family, Joe and I would again like to offer our condolences and bring to mind Isaiah 61:1-3: He binds up the brokenhearted and comforts all that mourn. He gave me beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.
