Debra K. Green

Debra K. Green, age 72, of Baraboo/North Freedom, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024 at her home with her husband by her side. 

Debra, daughter of Thomas and Vergia (Anding) Walker, was born on October 14, 1951 in Reedsburg. Debra graduated from Baraboo High School, Class of 1969.  Debra was united in marriage with Raymond Green on August 30, 1974 at The Little Brown Church in the Vale in Nashua, IA. She worked as a telephone operator at Bell Telephone in Baraboo for a few years, until she joined her husband on the farm. She worked on the farm alongside her husband for 50 years, always making sure everything was taken care of. She was a loving and devoted wife.

Debra is survived by her husband of 50 years, Raymond of North Freedom; brother, Jerry Walker of Baraboo, as well as other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Harland Walker.

A private graveside service will be held at Rock Hill Cemetery in North Freedom.
