I am grateful that Caitlin and Emma have so many memories with you, got to see your many talents and knew the love you had for them. We were all blessed to have you in our lives. I’m sure there were times when you were tired, worn out and afraid but you handled your health issues with dignity and grace; always finding the positives throughout it all. Kitty was my grandmother, Nancy Gerike’s best friend for many years and I remember playing at their home when I was young. Kitty rushed to see my grandmother when she was dying and I will not forget her saying to Nancy, “You weren’t supposed to go first. But it’s ok, I’ll see you again soon.” She was a sweet, loving soul. My condolences to you all.
