Rodney is survived by his sons, Jeff (Gail) Sprecher of Baraboo, Dan Sprecher of Baraboo, Brett (Kim) Sprecher of Madison; his grandchildren, Bryce of Madison, Hillary of Brooklyn New York, Justin (Kate) of Wellington New Zealand and James (Samantha) of Denver Colorado; his sister, Shari Schell and brother, Leonard “Bud” Sprecher.  brother-in-law, Clinton Bazzill; sister-in-law Janice Bazzill; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

Rodney was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jackie; sisters, Bonneviere (Edgar) Cole, Mary (Richard) Krueger, Nola Sprecher; brothers, George Sprecher (KIA in North Africa in WWII), John Sprecher; brother-in-law, Thomas Schell; sisters-in-law, Barbara Sprecher and Demi Sprecher.

A private graveside service will be held at Walnut Hill Cemetery where his cremains will be interred along with those of his loving wife Jackie.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Clarion Hotel Banquet Room in West Baraboo on Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The family would like to thank the staff at Meadow Ridge Assisted Living for their care and compassion for Rod.
