What could I possibly say about this wonderful man? I met Tom at Camp Gray when I was a camper. He always had a smile on his face and a cheerful hello whenever I’d see him around Camp. Camp Gray wouldn’t be the amazing place it is without Tom’s love and care. I was always a bit in awe of him because to me, it seemed like there wasn’t anything Tom couldn’t build, craft or fix.Tom, thank you for all you did at and for Camp Gray your legacy will live on in your many creations at Camp Gray, and in those of us that knew you. My thoughts and prayers to his dear wife, Mickey and family….

I met Tom at the Chevy dealership in Baraboo in 1980. A short time later we were co-workers at Teel Plastics. He was a friend to everyone and all enjoyed working with him, He was a true craftsman; nobody could sharpen a knife blade like Tom. His blades would cut through plastic tubes or give a close arm shave as well! Rest in Peace Tom.

Will be thinking of all of you today. Wish we could be there to give you a hug Aunt Micky. He was one of our favorite relatives. It was always like we had just been together a few days ago. Loved it when he called me "Cid". That really made we "outlaws" family. Love and sympathy, Cid & John

I had the privilege of working with Tom for two years at Camp Gray and it was a blessing to get to know him. I remember his joy, his love for his family, and his gift of conversation. Even when I interrupted him in the shop or stumbled on him in the deer stand he took the time to connect and share wisdom. I pray that you will be filled with Christ's peace and hope during this time. Sincerely, Zeke Mientkiewicz
