Dianne M. Rathman

Dianne M. (Mortensen) Rathman, age 77, of Baraboo, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at SSM Health St. Mary Hospital in Madison.

Dianne was born on August 25, 1946, in Baraboo, the daughter of Charles and Evelyn (Farr) Mortensen. She graduated from Baraboo High School in 1964. She married Kenneth Rathman on May 8th, 1965. They shared 58 years together. In addition to Ken, she is survived by her son, Brian; grandchildren, Hailey and Dylan as well as other relatvies and friends.

Dianne worked at many places throughout Baraboo, including Isenberg’s Appliance, and Baraboo Co-Op. She was also an Avon Lady and for the past 17 years, she worked at St. Vincent de Paul. She enjoyed spending time cooking and visiting with family and friends. Dianne enjoyed the holidays and always spent time making them extra special for those around her.

Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Redlin-Ertz Funeral Home in Baraboo. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Rathman family.
