To Denny’s family: Please accept my deepest sympathies on Denny’s passing. He was a member of our community action group, Reedsburg Area Concerned Citizens, and the Sauk County Democratic Party. We sincerely appreciate his work on behalf of these groups, and his service to our country during the Viet Nam War. Denny was a proud and outspoken member of our community, state, and country. We were so very sorry to hear of Denny's passing. We couldn't believe it when we found out. I just sat here and cried over the loss. He was a wonderful man and so very helpful to us in all things political. He came to all of our gatherings, helped to get us signs and worked his tail off for our democracy. You should be so very proud of your father. He was up on the issues and we had some really great conversations about the state of the world. Though we will miss him, I believe that he is in a far better place just on the other side of the veil.
