Arlene M. Curtis

Arlene M. Curtis, age 80 of Baraboo, peacefully passed away on Friday, October 14th, 2022 at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo surrounded by her loved ones. Arlene was born on January 5, 1942 in Madison, the daughter of Paul Narloch and Edna Hansen. She was a devoted wife to Jack Curtis, the love of her life. Arlene loved games and was always working on puzzles. She was a very creative person, who enjoyed gardening, cooking, and watching professional wrestling. She loved to entertain. Her home was our gathering place. Arlene is survived by her children, Christina Anderson, Laura Balch, Sharon Ziegler, Paula Rotar, Jill Rotar, and Robert Rotar. Her eleven grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, a son Peter Ziegler, and a granddaughter, Alexa Rotar. The family would like to thank St. Clare Hospital staff for making her comfortable as she transitioned on her journey. A celebration of life will be held at a later date where Arlene and her cooking will greatly be missed.
