Michael F. Tucker , Age 51

August 08, 1971 --September 09, 2022

On Friday, September 9th, 2022, the world lost the most incredible father, partner, brother and friend. Michael Fitzgerald Tucker passed away at the age of 51. Mike is survived by his two daughters, Angela Tucker (age 26) and Amber Tucker (age 23) (Jacob Oswalt) and his fiancee Lynette Marie Foxx (children Klaira Lerma, Hailey and Michael Foxx).

Mike graduated from Menomonee Falls High School in 1989 and later earned his associates degree in Computer Science from WCTC. His daughters were his whole world. He raised them in the West Bend area and in 2013 he met the love of his life and they made a beautiful home together in Baraboo with their dogs Milo and Molly.

Mike made friends everywhere he went and somehow never managed to get into too much trouble. He gave the best hugs. He told the best stories. He was an avid sports fan and a passionate griller. Even if he never shot a deer, he loved to be in the outdoors and watch the wildlife.

Along with his daughters and fiancee, Mike is survived by his parents Robert Ernest Tucker and Mary Anne Tucker (Kovacs), his siblings Bob (Michelle) Tucker, John (Lynn) Tucker, Jim (Lee) Tucker, Deb (Bruce) Sumter, and Julie (Nicky) Archila, among countless nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.

He will be deeply missed. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 18th at Devils Lake State Park to celebrate his wonderful life. Please wear packer attire to honor Mikes memory and love for the team.

Memorial Service Details: Sunday, September 18th, 2022, 11 AM CST. Devils Lake State Park, South Shore Entrance, first pavilion on the left (White Pine Pavilion). If you dont have a state park sticker, parking for the day is $13. Please let us know if you need help covering the cost.

Tuck and I worked on Team Vanderpool for Sprint and later at T-Mobile. He was always helping me see the brighter side of difficult situations. I in turn tried to get him hooked to a period show called Downton Abbey. I never succeeded. Mike we will see you again for the 50th reunion of Team Vanderpool in Heaven Ken

My thoughts, prayers and deepest sympathies go out to the Tucker family during this tough time. I have known Mike ever since he started with Sprint and on to T-Mobile. I have always enjoyed the times we have talked, no matter the subject we always found time to talk about our families and vacations. His humor and relaxing manner were always a blessing, especially during the difficult times at work. I would be remised if I did not mention that his laugh will surely be missed. I will never forget him, and he will be missed, that is for sure.

My heart goes out to all those touched by Tuck over the years. I hope you are consoled by all the goodness he brought to the world that will be with all of us forever. I was with Mike from the beginning at Sprint and we spent countless hours with each other over the years. After I left, when we tried to connect it was always forstalled by the two passions in his life; taking care of his daughters and doing a damn good job of supporting a whole state, basically on his own. You will be missed Mike.

My heart broke when when I heard of Mikes passing. I am so very sorry for all of his family and loved ones. What I know of Mike is that he was a genuinely kind and compassionate soul. Great sense of humor and he always made me and my daughter feel welcome, comfortable and loved. My daughter was very good friends with Angela growing up and she spent just about entire summers with Mike at times and I will never forget the way Mike cared for and treated her as though she was his own daughter. He was a wonderful father to not only his own daughters but at countless times my own daughter. That is what I will remember and cherish Mike forever in my head,in my heart and in my soul for. Rest In Peace Mike ❤️
