Jaclyn Sue `Jackie` Moses , Age 38
Jaclyn Sue "Jackie" Moses, age 38 of Baraboo, passed away Friday, April 1, 2022 at home with family by her side. Jaclyn, daughter of Michael Moses and Kimberly Aguado was born April 13, 1983 in Illinois. Jackie was a person you would have never forgot if you ever met her. Her mother will remember her for being a very strong woman who left a lasting impression on everyone. She had a love for children and found joy in being a caretaker for many over her years; she was a natural born leader. Her spiritual faith guided her through many health challenges throughout her life which only left her stronger and feistier.
She is survived by her parents, Kim (Tony) Aguado; siblings, Michael R. Moses of Illinois, Thomas W. Moses of Illinois, Kellie (Rob) Moses Erwin of Iowa; step-sisters, Valerie (Preston) Barringer of Illinois, Kaitlyn Aguado of Illinois; step-brother, Timothy (Jackie) Aguado of Illinois; aunts,Karen (Gus) Moses,Tracey Pastore, Kelley (James) Perry; cousins, Shannon, Ashley, Alyex, Austin, Ryan, Brittany; special friends, Nick Stangland, Leigh and Heather; caregivers, Kathy Griffin, Linda Halatek and Heidi Salazar as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Jackie was preceded in death by her father, Michael Moses as well as grandparents, Jack and Sue Wheeler and Hanna Moses.
A Celebration of Life will be held later this month.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Baraboo Fire Department, Baraboo Police Department and Baraboo District Ambulance Service for their support and care over many years, you all made it possible for Jackie be comfortable at home. The nurses and staff at St. Clare Hospital will forever hold a special spot in the family's heart. Thank you to Dr. Ethan Carlson for your dedication to providing Jackie the best care possible and finally giving her a prescription for her 'Pepsi'.

I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. Jackie was such an incredible human being and her soul was pure. She really did have a way about her that made her shine and this world really will be a little bit more dim without her Earth side. I first met Jackie as a little girl maybe 3 yrs old in Des Plaines Illinois. I just saw that she passed and am heartbroken. Jackie was a wonderful and amazing and strong young woman gone to soon. God bless sweet angel you are free to rest in peace now!
