Grace Norma Hazard

Grace Norma Hazard, age 92 originally from Morton Grove, Illinois, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2021, at St. Clare Meadows Care Center in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Grace was born on September 2, 1929; to John and Rose Kolodziej, in Chicago, IL. Grace married Irving Hazard in 1951 and the two of them enjoyed 67 years of marriage; he preceded her in death in 2018.

Graces life-long occupation was an accountant and she worked for Sears & Roebuck, Baxter, Oakton Community College, and her husbands firm: Hazard Engineering.

Grace is survived by her sons, Gary (Paula) Hazard of Evanston, IL and Bryant Hazard of Baraboo, WI. Grandchildren, Theresa (Rob) Henderson, and JoAnna (Ole) Flores along with several great grandchildren. Grace was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers Richard (Grace) Kolodziej, Adrian (Linda) Kolodziej, and sister Gloria (Harold) Klir.

Grace relocated to Baraboo in 2017 when she needed her son, Bryant to oversee her healthcare.

Per her wishes, there will be no services held. The Redlin-Ertz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
