Albert "Al" Lucchi, age 77, of Baraboo, passed away August 27, 2021.
Albert "Al" is survived by his wife, Shirl; children, Marc (Amy Mehling), Linda (Patrick) Ortlieb; step-children, Brian (Michele) Brown, Tiffany Brown; and eight grandchildren he greatly enjoyed as well a niece and nephew.
Al was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
Al and Shirl enjoyed boating all over Lake Michigan, taking Viking cruises, spending time at home watching Badger sports, Nascar and cooking.
As per his request, a private family service will be held at a later date.
Memorials can be made in Al's name to a Humane Society of your choice, WAMO Scholarship Fund PO Box 259506, Madison, WI 53725, or the UW Carbone Cancer Fund.
The family would like to express gratitude to all those involved in Al's care.
The Redlin-Ertz Funeral Home is assisting the family.

I was so sorry to hear of Al's passing. I can still hear his laugh when I think of him and have fond memories of him and Shirl at past Board retreats and WAMO Conferences. Al will certainly be missed. Our thoughts are with your family during this difficult time.

So sorry to hear of Al's passing. Jay was on the WAMO board for many years and had always enjoyed time conversing with Al. I have been on the WAMO board the last 3 years.
