Dear Patty Johnson Family, For years I would chatter with Patty as I did my grocery shopping and she arranged flowers at Pierce's. She was always friendly, knowledgeable about gardening, and generous with her time and thoughts. I was talking with her about Naked Lady plants (foliage comes up in Spring, dies down, and then in August, only a stock comes up with a pale pink blossom). With that name and how unusual the plant was, I had ordered some but they never came up. Patty to the rescue! She dug some up from her own garden, brought them to Pierce's, and waited until I showed up. Sadly, I didn't have any luck with Patty's plants, but I do remember a fine and generous person. I'm sorry for your loss. Gladys Proctor
