Gene was a great friend to our mother, Dorothy Wiese and our family and he will be missed. Gene always had a sense of humor and great advice for anyone who asked his opinion. Gene was also the guy anyone could call for something that needed to be done - watering flowers, small maintenance or just checking on something. Our sincere condolences to the family. Gene will be greatly missed and remembered fondly by all who knew him.

I learned to know Gene through my friend Louis Munz, who was in same VFW unit. I thoroughly enjoyed driving by and admiring his beautiful flower beds and manicured lawn. I also knew his late brother Keith. Gene will be missed.
