Whenever I think of Jake, I think of those beautiful eyes. From the time he was a baby, it was his most outstanding feature. I understand the ache in your heart, as I did when Jesse died. My thoughts are with the whole family. Barb

To Jake with all my love-- Jake I remember you giving me quite a scare twice, once when I was backing out of the garage and you got behind my car jumping up and down and I ran into the back stairs to keep from hitting you and once when you were running around the garage and ran into the corner of the garage and hit your head so hard you just about knocked yourself out. But you were such a loving child you made us laugh at your antics. You were the apple of your Grandpa Vince's eye, he loved you so much. We thought you were such a handsome little man. So may you rest in peace in God's loving home. Grandma Pat

When I think of Jake, I remember growing up with him and all the spontaneous adventures he would take my sister and I on. I also think of how he’s my protector and I truly believe he would do anything for anyone. I miss and love him so much… my condolences go out to everyone who lost this amazing soul we got to know.
