Connie was a special friend to me, so many memories over the years. It started by becoming "blood sisters" at Girl Scout Camp in grade school. That created a special bond between us for life. In June we were making plans to go for breakfast (creme brûlée french toast), as soon as we felt safe going out to eat again. Some of our special memories were of the North American Bear Center in Ely, MN where we went to visit the black bears we were so fond of. Connie was the "glue" that kept track of our classmates for class reunions, for that we are all so thankful. My heart breaks for you kids and Jaxson. Please let me know if there is anything you need, or anyway I can help you get through this tough loss. Loving Connie is also loving her family.

To my far-away family in Wisconsin, my condolences to each and every one of you at this time. May precious memories sustain you through this hard time. I'd like to share one of my favorite sayings: "Somewhere under a bluer sky, in a higher realm than where eagles fly, in a land of beauty beyond our knowing, with trees and flowers and waters flowing, and mountains of unearthly grace, there is a special heavenly place and one day through an opening door, we find that glorious evermore".
